Bill Saltzer

Bill Saltzer (Bass/Double Bass/ Vocals) -- Bill comes to the DelCats with years of experience playing bass, guitar, and keyboards.  His first instrument was an old Premier bass from his uncle, Fred Gerst, who did a stint on bass with B.B. King in the late 1950's.  An original member of "Surrender Dorothy", he has also played with founding members of  Tangier, Cinderella, and others. A writing member of ASCAP, Bill also runs Secret Sound Recording. He submits music for background, and stingers for motion pictures, as well as doing 'extra' work in movies. In his spare? time, he can be found jamming with his musician kids Kaitlin, and Conner, or hiding out in his cabin, deep in the woods of Maine.
