Jim Drnec

Jim Drnec (Drums/Vocals) has been playing drums for almost forty years, and boy, are his arms tired. Jim has studied privately with jazz legend Joe Morello of the Dave Brubeck Quartet, and played for recording artists such as Horsepower (Island), Tangier (Atco) and Cinderella (Mercury/Polygram). Always in the right place at the right time, he has also been fortunate enough to jam with musicians like Eddie Van Halen and Jeff Pilson on nights when when they were too drunk to know any better.

Jim and his wife, Tracee, live in Middletown, where they are realizing their lifelong dream of running an alpaca farm. The herd currently stands at nearly one, and is not expected to grow.
